community access to, and use of, facilities for encouraging high standards of art and promoting craft and craftsmanship, including specialist technical facilities (eg Print-making, Ceramics and 3D) and a flexible Education or Project space,
Assistance and support for young or emerging artists and designer-makers, including affordable studio facilities, and bursaries.
