UAT aim to provide:

access to, and use of, facilities for encouraging high standards of art and promoting craft and craftsmanship, including specialist technical facilities (eg Print-making, Ceramics and 3D)
a programme of regular open studios and exhibitions
Formal and informal vocational training opportunities for emerging artists and designer-makers, including a mentoring programme with Art and [...]

Education

UAT intend to deliver a range of educational activities for public benefit that will be led by artists. These will include:

public workshops, talks, demonstrations, exhibitions, classes, community workshops, life drawing, demonstrations, lectures & talks, artistic mentoring, etc and will be offering concessionary rates for those on low incomes.
